Please read carefully with the agreement. We like to give excellent service.
1- If you need regular lessons and continue lessons( recommended for best results and grades) You have to pay fee for two weeks in advance which means you have to pay fee before starting lesson(s) depending on agreement.

2- If a student is unable to attend the lesson, whatever lesson fee is paid will not be returned but you must inform us at least 1 day before the lesson day so you get compensation lesson on another day and avoid any loss. Otherwise no compensation will be given.
3- You have the right to cancel our service or stop lesson with us but (i) you must inform us two weeks in advance and lessons will be continued for two weeks as normal so no admin fee will be charged, you get full deposit back (ii) if you inform us lesson than two weeks in advance, We have the right to charge our admin fee 20% of returning amount.
4- To ensure that we take correct action, If you have any issue with our service then this is your duty to inform us directly through our contacts i.e. phone or email as soon as possible on the same day so we can resolve issue. If you delay notifying us, we reserve the right to limit our liability or may not be able to offer any remedy.
5- We ensure best service but Students/guardians are not supposed to be rude with our staff and must not violate rules and law otherwise we have the right to can cancel our service for our clients and We reserve the right to take any appropriate action, at our discretion, in response to violations.
